From touchdown.
To their doorstep.

Your shipment moves. We handle the handoffs. Customs, warehouses, delivery and returns — connected by one team.

  1. We receive at the airport

Send your freight to any airport in Central America. We take custody on arrival, whether that is a full charter or a handful of courier bags.

    RCV GUA 2026-09-08 14:22-06

  2. We clear customs, and we pay the duty

Our own brokers file the entry and pay duties and taxes on your behalf, then invoice you. You are not wiring funds to seven tax authorities or waiting on a third party to release your cargo. This is the part of the journey that fails for most cross-border sellers, and it is the part we own outright — the licence, the filing, the money and the liability.

  3. We process in our warehouse

Parcels are received, scanned, sorted by delivery route and staged. This is where a missing or damaged parcel gets caught, before it is out for delivery instead of after.

  4. We deliver nationwide

Our routes cover the whole country, including addresses given as landmarks and directions rather than street numbers. Cash on delivery is available.

  5. We manage the return

Refused, undelivered and buyer-initiated returns come back to our warehouse, are inspected against the original order, and are dispositioned the way your marketplace requires.

Returns integrity

A return is more
than a label.

Return fraud is the quiet cost of selling into a new market. A parcel comes back, the label matches, the weight is close enough, and the refund is issued before anyone looks inside.

We inspect every return in our warehouse against the original order record and photograph what we find. Marketplaces get the evidence before they decide on the refund, not a month later during a chargeback dispute.

Network

Seven markets.
One connected network.

Arrival is not limited to the capital. If your freight can land at an airport in the region, we can take it from there.

Nationwide delivery and cash on delivery in all seven markets. Additional airports are added on request where volume justifies a station.

Customs release times are published per contract — ask your account lead for the current medians by lane.

Your system.
Our entire network.

Send us the manifest before the freight moves. We check it against the destination’s tariff and permit rules and come back with the lines that will not clear — while the cargo is still in the air, not on our floor.

  • Manifest and pre-alert, submitted before wheels-up
  • Duty and tax quoted per parcel, before you ship
  • Labels and entry paperwork generated from your manifest
  • Webhooks on every scan event, in real time
  • Buyer tracking page in Spanish and English
  • Cash on delivery reconciliation and remittance files
  • Return intake records with inspection evidence attached

Each status change posts to your endpoint within seconds of the scan.

Before you ask

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Do we need a legal entity in each country?

No. We clear as the importer of record where the model allows it, or under your name where it does not, using our own licensed brokers in each country. One contract with CPX covers all seven markets.

How are duties and taxes settled?

We advance the duty and tax at filing and invoice you afterwards, with the customs documentation for that entry attached so your finance team can reconcile against the customs record. Settlement terms are set in the contract.

What happens to an undeliverable parcel?

Three delivery attempts by default, then it returns to our warehouse, is inspected and photographed, and is held, restocked, liquidated or exported back according to the rules you set.

How long does onboarding take?

API credentials and a sandbox the same week. First live freight usually moves within two to three weeks, depending on product category and permit requirements.

Commercial terms

The details that
keep you moving.

Cash on delivery

Cash is still how a large share of the region buys online. Our couriers collect it, we reconcile daily against your order file, and we remit on the cycle you set.

Real-time tracking

Every scan event is available the moment it happens, through the API or a tracking page your buyers can read. No overnight batch files.

Bonded transportation from Miami

We operate a bonded warehouse in Miami. Cargo can be received, consolidated and held there under bond, and duty does not fall due until it enters the destination country.

Duties and taxes advanced

We carry the duty from filing until you are invoiced. You never have to pre-fund seven tax authorities to keep freight moving.
